Texas Elementary School Shooter: What We Know So Far

The shooting happened on Tuesday at approximately 11:32 AM (Central Time) at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. According to Governor, Greg Abbot, The suspect who is now deceased, was an 18-year-old male named Salvador Ramos.

The Governor states that the shooter used a handgun, and might’ve also used a rifle in the shooting. According to Pete Arredondo, the Uvalde schools chief of police, the suspect acted alone in this attack. The victims that were killed, ranged in ages 7-10.


The amount of injuries are still being counted, however, it is confirmed a 66-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl are in critical condition at San Antonio's University Hospital.
