Donald Trump 45th President of the United States.
Reports have surfaced of former President Trump’s move to the Garden State for the incoming summer months.
The 45th president will be staying at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster while his permanent residence, Mar-a-Lago, closes its doors for the summer. He has been residing at the historic Palm Beach resort since January 20th. It has not been confirmed if other members of his family will be joining him.
According to NJ.com, his relocation could translate to fundraising efforts for future campaigns or a presidential run for himself. Both of Trump's properties have been known for hosting lavish fundraising events, some costing up to $250,000 per person.
A Harvard CAPS-Harris poll published in March showed that 52% of GOP voters favor Donald Trump for the 2024 Republican nomination while Mike Pence came in second. A total of 2,006 registered voters were surveyed in late February.
During a phone interview with Maria Bartiromo of FOX Business, former President Trump expressed the likelihood of running for the presidency for the third time:
“100% I’m thinking about running, and we will, I think, be very successful.”
